Host & Guest Agreement

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an event on DispoRoll as an Event Host or by scanning an event QR code, capturing photos, or recording audio voicemails as an Event Guest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the platform.

2. Platform Role & Host Responsibilities

DispoRoll provides the digital infrastructure for your event: mobile browser camera application, digital audio guestbook, live venue projector displays, cloud development chemistry, and post-event ZIP archives.

Host as Content Administrator: The Event Host administers their unique event roll and maintains primary responsibility for moderating live projector screen displays and guest memory albums.
Moderation Infrastructure: DispoRoll equips hosts with real-time photo moderation tools, one-tap photo removal, and an optional Moderated Queue for projection walls.

3. Digital Audio Guestbook & Two-Party Consent

The DispoRoll Digital Audio Guestbook feature enables event guests to leave an authentic voice recording (up to 60 seconds) for the host’s private memory archive.

Affirmative Consent: By tapping the record button, granting microphone access, and saving an audio message, the guest provides explicit, affirmative consent to be recorded and to submit their voice note to the host’s memory box.
Two-Party Wiretapping Notice: The mobile recording screen conspicuously displays a visual recording indicator (● REC) and legal advisory to satisfy two-party consent laws across jurisdictions (including California, Florida, and EU member states).
Strict Limits: Each guest token is strictly limited to one (1) recording of maximum sixty (60) seconds per event.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of every photograph and audio recording captured through DispoRoll. We do not claim ownership, copyright, or commercial rights over your personal or celebration memories.

By uploading images or audio to an event roll, you grant DispoRoll a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process analog film LUTs, render the live projector stream, generate waveforms, and package the developed archive for event participants and the host.

5. DMCA Takedown & User-Generated Content

DispoRoll operates as a transient digital host for user-generated content (UGC) under Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe material hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, submit a formal notice to our Designated Agent:

6. Dual-Gateway Payments & Merchant of Record

To provide frictionless local and international payments while adhering strictly to global tax regulations:

Domestic Philippines (PHP)

Transactions billed in Philippine Pesos (₱799 Single Pass, ₱1,499–₱10,999 Pro) are processed via PayMongo using the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) QR Ph national payment standard.

International (USD / Global)

Transactions billed in US Dollars ($29.99 Single Pass, $49–$349 Pro) are sold and fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR). Lemon Squeezy calculates, collects, and remits all applicable sales taxes, VAT, and GST globally.

All Sales Are Final & Non-Refundable

Due to immediate provisioning of dedicated cloud storage, printable QR collateral, and live digital camera infrastructure, all pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Hosts can freely reschedule their event start date with zero penalties prior to the party going live.
